Who is Little Fat Bird Studio?

Hello, my name is Fiona Taylor and I am the creator of Little Fat Bird Studio.

What began as a way to pass the time in lockdown became a wonderful new way for me to channel my creativity and utilise a wide range of skills in one amazing hobby. I spent a couple of years making things for friends and family, and recently decided to bite the bullet and turn my passion into a small business.

My pottery is hand built and hand decorated, often taking many hours to produce. The result is unique collectible pieces that I hope will bring joy to each and every person who takes them home.

I have long held the belief that in order to stand out, you have to stand on your own.

In the world of social media where we are saturated daily with brilliance from every

corner of the world, it is impossible not to take inspiration from everything you see,

however it is not my intention to ever knowingly copy the work of another artist.

I promise to do my best to plunder the depths of my own integrity and imagination

and produce pieces that wholly represent my own creative journey.
